The device only supports 2.4G networks. Please do not connect to a 5G network or hybrid network.
Enter the correct Wi-Fi password. Ensure your Wi-Fi SSID and password do not contain special characters.

The return shipping fee is £6. This applies after the first free return or beyond the 14 days of delivery.
Oversized Return Packages
If there are additional charges for an oversized return package, the reimbursement will still be for the amount shown on the Returns/Refunds page.
Multiple Return Requests
If a free return label was provided for an order and it hasn't been used, and you initiate another return request for the same order, you will need to pay for the return shipping fee for the new application.
