Terms and conditions

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Welcome to PYC Online. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for purchasing products from our website, pyconline.co.uk.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. About Us

PYC Online is operated by PYC ONLINE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

Company registration number: 15520765

Registered office: 83 Saville Close, Wellington, Telford, England, TF1 2DG

Customer service email: info@pyconline.co.uk

Website: https://pyconline.co.uk

For general enquiries, product information or assistance with an order, please contact us through our website or by email.

2. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and specifications are accurate and up to date.

Product images are provided for illustration. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings or manufacturing variations.

Please review product specifications, dimensions, compatibility requirements and selected variations carefully before purchasing.

If you are unsure whether a product meets your requirements, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product information and to update or discontinue products.

These provisions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, materially different from their description or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer standards.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP).

The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable for your order, including applicable charges.

We currently offer free standard UK delivery, with no minimum order value.

We accept payment by:

  • Major debit and credit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay, where available at checkout

Available payment options are displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you to explain the situation and offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email.

This confirms that we have received your order request but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

A contract of sale is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil an order because of stock availability, an error or another legitimate reason, we will inform you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable goods.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during checkout is accurate.

5. Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Although we aim to keep our product listings accurate, stock availability can occasionally change before an order is processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including cancellation and a refund.

Any alternative product will only be supplied with your agreement.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 working days.

Delivery typically takes approximately 7 days from the date of purchase, although this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances.

All orders are shipped with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to become available after dispatch.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels.

The total checkout price includes delivery and applicable import charges. Customers will not be required to pay unexpected customs or import fees on delivery.

If your order is delayed, missing or has not arrived as expected, please contact us with your order number.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable law.

For further information, please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order shortly after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before dispatch.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable.

Our ability to stop an order before dispatch does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.

8. Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about a purchase, you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning goods because they have changed their mind, provided they have been informed of this requirement before purchasing.

Please contact us for the correct UK return address and instructions, as return locations may vary by product.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Certain statutory exceptions to the right to cancel may apply, including specified personalised goods and certain unsealed hygiene-related products.

For full information about cancellation rights, return conditions, refunds and exceptions, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We want every customer to receive the correct product in satisfactory condition.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem.

Photographs may help us investigate the issue, although they are not a condition of exercising statutory rights.

We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, repair or replacement.

Where a return is required for a valid statutory claim, PYC Online will cover reasonable return costs or arrange an appropriate return method.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period.

10. Delivery Problems

If a parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue with the relevant delivery provider.

Where goods have not been delivered as required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, your statutory rights may include the right to cancel and receive a refund, depending on the circumstances.

11. Product Use & Safety

Please use products only for their intended purposes and follow the instructions and safety information supplied with them.

Products involving electrical connections, heating systems or other potentially hazardous installations must be installed and used in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

Where professional installation or specialist competence is required, customers should use an appropriately qualified person.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility to supply goods that meet applicable safety and consumer standards.

The PYC Online website includes product information, articles, images, graphics and other content.

Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by PYC ONLINE LTD or used with appropriate permission.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly.

Occasionally, access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

We may update website content, features or functionality when necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

14. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter where limitation would be unlawful.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, subject always to applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms limits the remedies available to you where products do not comply with your statutory rights.

15. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect and process personal information as necessary to handle orders, payments, deliveries, customer enquiries and other legitimate business activities.

Details about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Payment transactions are handled using supported payment providers and their applicable security processes.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website operations or applicable law.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or unfairly alter contracts already entered into.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers elsewhere in the United Kingdom.

Customers retain any rights to bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable consumer law.
