At PYC Online, we aim to make shopping simple and convenient by offering free UK delivery, reliable order tracking and clear information about delivery times.
1. Free UK Delivery
We offer
free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.
The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for your order. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import charges or delivery fees upon receipt.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within
1–4 working days after being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During particularly busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered in approximately
7 days from the date of purchase, although actual delivery times may vary.
This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery times may be affected by transport delays, customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our immediate control.
If an order is expected to take significantly longer than usual, we will aim to keep you informed where possible.
4. Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Please note that tracking updates may take a little time to appear after dispatch, depending on the delivery carrier.
If you have trouble accessing your tracking information, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
5. Multiple Items & Separate Deliveries
If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels.
This means your products might arrive on different days, even if they were purchased together.
There is no additional delivery charge for separate shipments.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact PYC Online with your order number.
We will check the tracking information, investigate the delay with the relevant delivery provider and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Your statutory rights regarding delayed deliveries remain unaffected. Where an agreed delivery deadline is missed, you may be entitled to give us an additional reasonable period to deliver or, in certain circumstances, cancel your order and receive a refund.
7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate the situation with the delivery provider.
If your order is confirmed as lost or has not been delivered, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required by law.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or a person you have identified to receive them, except in circumstances where the law provides otherwise.
8. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the details before dispatch, although changes may not always be possible once an order has entered the shipping process.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
9. Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please refer to our
Returns & Refunds Policy for information about your cancellation rights, return postage costs and refunds.
10. Contact Us
If you have any questions about your delivery, tracking information or an outstanding order, please contact PYC Online through our website's Contact Us page.
Please include your order number so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
We are always happy to help resolve delivery-related enquiries.

In the photos, it looks bigger. The material seems solid and of good quality, I just don’t know how long they will shine.

Due to the cloudy weather, it’s hard to determine if it will work as I dreamed, but all the lights shine after dark for some time.

Very nice, not too big, I recommend it.
