We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for your order. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import charges or delivery fees upon receipt. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–4 working days after being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During particularly busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer than usual. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered in approximately 7 days from the date of purchase, although actual delivery times may vary. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels. This means your products might arrive on different days, even if they were purchased together. There is no additional delivery charge for separate shipments.

We will check the tracking information, investigate the delay with the relevant delivery provider and work towards an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights regarding delayed deliveries remain unaffected. Where an agreed delivery deadline is missed, you may be entitled to give us an additional reasonable period to deliver or, in certain circumstances, cancel your order and receive a refund.

7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation with the delivery provider. If your order is confirmed as lost or has not been delivered, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required by law. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or a person you have identified to receive them, except in circumstances where the law provides otherwise.
