DC Surge Protector SPD 500V / 800V / 1000V 40kA–60kA for PV Systems
DC surge protective device (SPD) designed to protect photovoltaic and DC power systems from lightning surges and transient over-voltage. Helps reduce damage to connected equipment by diverting surge energy safely to earth.
This low voltage surge arrester supports DC 500V, 800V or 1000V ratings (model dependent) and is available in 1P, 2P, 3P and 4P versions. Discharge capacity options include 40kA and 60kA (8/20μs), with fast response time and visual status indication (green normal, red fault). Designed for DIN rail mounting and screw terminal connections, suitable for combiner boxes, DC distribution boards and solar PV installations.
Ideal for protecting solar panels, inverters, charge controllers and other DC equipment against surge events. Suitable for both off-grid and grid-tied PV systems where surge protection is required.
