1. Free UK Delivery
We offer
free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.
The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for your order. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import charges or delivery fees upon receipt.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within
1–4 working days after being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During particularly busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered in approximately
7 days from the date of purchase, although actual delivery times may vary.
This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery times may be affected by transport delays, customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our immediate control.
If an order is expected to take significantly longer than usual, we will aim to keep you informed where possible.
4. Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Please note that tracking updates may take a little time to appear after dispatch, depending on the delivery carrier.

5. Multiple Items & Separate Deliveries
If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels.
This means your products might arrive on different days, even if they were purchased together.
There is no additional delivery charge for separate shipments.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact PYC Online with your order number.
We will check the tracking information, investigate the delay with the relevant delivery provider and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Your statutory rights regarding delayed deliveries remain unaffected. Where an agreed delivery deadline is missed, you may be entitled to give us an additional reasonable period to deliver or, in certain circumstances, cancel your order and receive a refund.
7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate the situation with the delivery provider.
If your order is confirmed as lost or has not been delivered, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required by law.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or a person you have identified to receive them, except in circumstances where the law provides otherwise.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the details before dispatch, although changes may not always be possible once an order has entered the shipping process.

I was pleasantly surprised as this was a better quality image than i expected. Side lights are nice when the direct light is too much for certain details (sometimes printing on chip is hard to see with main light). There are some image options similar to camera options on your phone which i hadn’t played with too much, but nice to have some basic adjustments. Being able to use the built-in display and not need to use a sketchy app on my phone or computer is nice Example photos: close up on a pcb (its from a long time ago forgive the poor solder job, burn, and flux mess). Close up of the base. Of my fingernail. I was surprised by the blue thread because i could barely see it with my eyes.

Considering the price, it seems really good. It’s 7 inches, so you can solder without needing to connect it to a PC. One of the auxiliary lights didn’t come on, but after some fiddling, it turned on; it seems it was a contact issue. Buying a dedicated stand arm makes it super convenient to connect. It’s also great that you can shoot with the remote control.

Great value, a lot of useful features like recording and great resolution. the only thing that could be improved is the stand. it would be better if it was heavier and smoother operation but that would probably make it cost twice as much or more. great for occasional use but if you plan to use it a lot you may want to invest in something with a better base but that is just a limitation of the price and it is more than enough for my purposes. i recommend getting the side lights though the ones with the camera produce a lot of glare on certain objects and the side lights offer more flexibility with the lighting
