1. Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.
The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for your order. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import charges or delivery fees upon receipt.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–4 working days after being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During particularly busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered in approximately 7 days from the date of purchase, although actual delivery times may vary.

5. Multiple Items & Separate Deliveries
If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels.

There is no additional delivery charge for separate shipments.
