1. Free UK Delivery
We offer
free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.
The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for your order. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import charges or delivery fees upon receipt.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within
1ā4 working days after being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During particularly busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered in approximately
7 days from the date of purchase, although actual delivery times may vary.
This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery times may be affected by transport delays, customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our immediate control.

5. Multiple Items & Separate Deliveries
If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels.
This means your products might arrive on different days, even if they were purchased together.
There is no additional delivery charge for separate shipments.

7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Came a little bit late (10 days), but was worth it. If youāre worried about the authenticity, donāt worry, this is an actual sayodevice. Comes with a manual, wire, and the website detects it automatically. Everything is customizable, and the switches are quite nice. If you plan to buy switches for the sayodevice, make sure theyāre something like magnetic/hall switches. Other than that, thereās not much left to say. It works amazing.

The build quality is surprisingly solid for its size, and the customizable rgb lighting looks stunning reflecting off the white chassis. while the software can have a bit of a learning curve, the sheer utility of having a dedicated, high-performance macro pad at this price point is hard to beat. itās compact, stylish, and punches way above its weight class.

It takes a day or so to get used to the rapid trigger if you have never used rt. after that its pretty good. i beat sonic wave after a week of using it. i had 4 weeks on it previously and 13000 atts before getting the sayo. after i got it i beat in a week and an extra 2k attsāļø

Iām an osu player and this device is crazy good! i used the razer huntsman v3 pro tkl since december of 2025 and the keys on the sayodevice feels wayyyy better. itās pretty simple to set up too. one of my concerns was that it looked light and that maybe the cableās weight would drag it down my table, but itās pretty hefty and has amazing grip at the bottom. itās also really customizable so thatās a plus. i really recommend this to osu players for sure!
