Q1. Why can’t my doorbell display video on Alexa Echo Show?
1. Ensure the speaker device prompts “a device is added” when you add it.
2. Go to the āAmazon Alexaā app, check the Devices interface, and the Cameras list to see if any new devices have been added.
3. If Alexa Echo Show doesn’t work when you press the doorbell, make sure the settings screen has the āDoorbell Press Notificationsā switch turned on.
4. If the option does not appear, change the address to the United States first, then change it back to your country.
Q2. Why is my doorbell offline?
1. The doorbell might be turned off. If the doorbell button is held for over 15 seconds, it will turn off. Please turn on the doorbell.
2. Ensure your doorbell is close to the WiFi router.
3. An unstable WiFi network can cause the device to go offline. Try using a different WiFi network.
4. Avoid installing the doorbell on metal doors as metal can weaken the WiFi signal, causing frequent disconnections.
